Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, according to the shipping method selected and paid for at time of checkout. Most orders ship within one (1) week. However, larger orders or orders including original pieces may take up to three (3) weeks to ship properly and safely. Thank you for your patience.

All orders include shipment tracking and insurance. 

If you believe your package has been lost, please:
1. Confirm that you have received a tracking number and attempt to track your package. 
2. If your tracking has not updated and it has been more than 4 weeks since you recieved the tracking number, please email info@katedrewdesigns.com
